Resolution / Answer
Select the “Prohibited” scanner to disable QR code scanning.
Select the “Enable” scanner to enable the QR code scanning feature.
Note:
Although the QR code scanning feature has been disabled, the QR code used to configure the scanner can still be scanned.
If this does not resolve the issue, please reset the barcode scanner or contact us. Click here to find your barcode scanner model and perform the reset.
