1. Follow the Bluetooth pairing or receiver pairing step below, then test the scanner again.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on the host device, search for the scanner, and select it to pair.
3. If the issue continues, reset the scanner and repeat the pairing steps, or contact support with a short video of the problem.
