Resolution / Answer
This setting controls when the device starts scanning, how long it lasts, and how continuous scans are handled. It is usually adjusted when manual triggering, automatic sensing, avoiding repeated output or improving scanning response speed are required.
Key hold (level)
Press the button to trigger reading, and release the button to end reading. If the reading is successful or the reading time exceeds the single reading time, the reading will end.

Single key trigger (pulse)
The reading starts when a key level change is detected (sustained for 30ms, depending on the specific product), and the reading ends when another key level change is detected (maintained for 30ms, depending on the specific product). If the reading is successful or the reading time exceeds the single reading time, the reading will end.

Continuous mode
The scan engine works continuously. If the reading is successful or the reading time exceeds the single reading time, the current reading will end. If the specified time exceeds the specified time, the next reading will be automatically triggered.

Automatic sensing mode
In the automatic sensing mode, the scan engine will detect the brightness of the surrounding environment. When the brightness changes, the reading is triggered. The reading is successful or the reading time exceeds the single reading time and ends. Regardless of whether the last reading was successful or failed, re-enter to detect the brightness of the surrounding environment.

Host mode
The scan engine can be triggered by commands to read, and the reading can be actively ended through commands. If the reading is successful or the reading time exceeds the single reading time, the reading will end.

Automatic key sensing mode
When the button is kept pressed, it enters the automatic sensing mode until the button is released to end scanning.
