Resolution / Answer
This setting controls when the device starts scanning, how long it lasts, and how continuous scans are handled. It is usually adjusted when manual triggering, automatic sensing, avoiding repeated output or improving scanning response speed are required.
To prevent the same barcode from being read multiple times in continuous mode and auto-sensing mode, you can require the scan engine to delay reading the same barcode for a set period of time.
The same code delay, also known as the same code reading delay, means that after reading a barcode, the same barcode is refused to be read within a set period of time. It can only be read and output after the time period exceeds.
Default: 500ms, unit: 100ms, range: 0-9900ms
To set the same code reading delay, scan the barcode below. Next scan the 2-digit setup code in the appendix to correspond to the desired timeout. Any missing bits are filled with 0s. For example, to set a timeout of 500ms, scan the barcode below, then scan the "0" and "5" barcodes. To change selections or cancel incorrect input settings, scan the "Cancel barcode" in the appendix.

Set the same code reading delay to 200ms. Scan the "same code reading delay" configuration barcode first, and then scan the digital configuration barcodes 0 and 2. Set the same code reading delay to 1500ms. Scan the "same code reading delay" configuration barcode first, and then scan the digital configuration barcodes 1 and 5.
