Resolution / Answer
This setting is used to configure the communication method or communication parameters between the device and the host. Usually when connecting to a computer, serial device, RS485/Modbus network or access control Wiegand system, you need to ensure that the parameters at both ends are consistent.
The stop bit (S) at the end of each transmitted character marks the end of a character's transmission and prepares the receiving device to receive the next character in the serial data stream. Set the number of stop bits (one or two) to match the requirements of the host device.
A stop bit
Scan the following barcode, one stop.
Two stop bits
Scan the following barcode, two stops.
