Resolution / Answer
This setting controls when the device starts scanning, how long it lasts, and how continuous scans are handled. It is usually adjusted when manual triggering, automatic sensing, avoiding repeated output or improving scanning response speed are required.
In sensing mode, when the scanner stops reading codes, it will enter a process of re-adapting to changes in the reading environment (image). After the image stabilizes and times out, it enters the sensing state and waits for the barcode to be presented. By modifying the image stabilization timeout, you can adjust the time it takes to adapt to the environment. Setting range is 1 to 3000 milliseconds, default is 500 milliseconds.
