This setting is used to control the reading, verification, length or output rules of the specified barcode type. It is usually used when certain types of barcodes cannot be scanned, the misreading rate is high, or when it is necessary to limit the reading of barcodes in specific formats.
PDF417 double code: two PDF417 barcodes arranged one above the other or left and right. The directions of the double codes must be consistent, the difference should be as small as possible, and the distance should be as close as possible. Dual code setting is divided into the following three setting modes.
u Only read a single PDF417 barcode: the device can only read at most one PDF417 barcode in a code image at any time;
u Only read double PDF417 codes: The device must detect double PDF417 codes in a code image at any time, and only send decoding information after both codes are successfully decoded;
u Readable single and double PDF417 codes: When the device detects PDF417 double codes in a code picture and decodes the double codes successfully, it will send the double code decoding information, otherwise the picture will be processed by reading only the single code.
