This setting is used to intercept, hide, insert, replace or format the scanned code data content. It is usually used when only part of the barcode content needs to be uploaded, useless characters need to be removed, or the business system requires a fixed data format.
Using the Data Format Editor is like moving a virtual cursor through the input data string. The following commands can be used to move the cursor to different positions, select, replace, insert data into the final output, etc. For the hexadecimal values involved in the command, refer to the "ASCII Code Table" in the appendix.
Initial cursor position: Points to the first byte of the original barcode information that has not been edited by the data format.
