Resolution / Answer
This setting controls when the device starts scanning, how long it lasts, and how continuous scans are handled. It is usually adjusted when manual triggering, automatic sensing, avoiding repeated output or improving scanning response speed are required.
Enabling this option allows decoding processing to continue until the end of the trigger event or "Decoding Session Timeout" on page 6-20; the user will be prompted each time a barcode is decoded. Disabling this option will end the decoding process as soon as a valid decoding occurs. This mode is not available in demo mode.
