This setting controls the device's sound, lighting, aiming, or image-related feedback. It is usually used when you need to reduce the beep sound, confirm the scanning status, improve lighting positioning, or adjust the image reading effect.
This parameter sets the "target white" value used in photo mode and video mode when using automatic exposure. White and black are defined as decimal 240 and 1 respectively. When set to the default value of 180, the white level in the image is approximately 180.
To set the image brightness, scan the "Image Brightness" barcode below, then scan the 3-digit barcode representing the numerical value from Appendix D "Numeric Barcodes". Pad leading zeros, for example to set it to 99, scan 0, 9, 9.
