This setting controls the device's sound, lighting, aiming, or image-related feedback. It is usually used when you need to reduce the beep sound, confirm the scanning status, improve lighting positioning, or adjust the image reading effect.
When this parameter is enabled, the decoder beeps when a <BEL> character is detected on the serial line. <BEL> is used to prompt the user to pay attention to illegal input or other important events.
Beep on <BEL> character received (enabled)
Scan the following barcode to receive the <BEL> character beep (enabled).
* No beep when <BEL> character is received (disabled)
Scan the following barcode, * No beeping (disabled) when <BEL> characters are received.
Note: A NULL character must be sent to the decoder before BEL to ensure that BEL characters are processed correctly.
