Resolution / Answer
This setting is used to control the reading, verification, length or output rules of the specified barcode type. It is usually used when certain types of barcodes cannot be scanned, the misreading rate is high, or when it is necessary to limit the reading of barcodes in specific formats.
Enable this to convert UPC-E (zero omitted) decoded data to UPC-A format before transmission. The converted data is output in UPC-A format, which is affected by UPC-A programming options (such as preamble, check digit).
Disabling this option will transmit the UPC-E data as it is without conversion.
