Resolution / Answer
This setting is used to control the reading, verification, length or output rules of the specified barcode type. It is usually used when certain types of barcodes cannot be scanned, the misreading rate is high, or when it is necessary to limit the reading of barcodes in specific formats.
If "Automatically determine UPC/EAN/JAN add-on codes" is selected, this option controls how many times symbols without add-on codes need to be decoded before transmission. Range 2-30 times. A setting of 5 or higher is recommended when scanning a mix of UPC/EAN/JAN symbols with and without add-ons. Default 10.
