Resolution / Answer
This setting is used to control the reading, verification, length or output rules of the specified barcode type. It is usually used when certain types of barcodes cannot be scanned, the misreading rate is high, or when it is necessary to limit the reading of barcodes in specific formats.
Enabling this parameter prepends 5 leading zeroes to the decoded EAN-8 symbol, making its format compatible with EAN-13.
Disabling this option transmits EAN-8 symbols unchanged.

* Disable EAN/JAN zero extension (00h)
