To clear the transmission buffer, scan the "Clear Buffer" barcode below (containing only a start character, a minus sign, and a stop character).
- The decoder emits a short "high/low/high" beep.
- The decoder clears the transmission buffer.
- No transfer takes place.

Note: The "Clear Buffer" barcode only contains the minus sign character. To scan for this command, include Length 1 in the Code 39 length setting.
