Resolution / Answer
This setting is used to intercept, hide, insert, replace or format the scanned code data content. It is usually used when only part of the barcode content needs to be uploaded, useless characters need to be removed, or the business system requires a fixed data format.
Enable this parameter to remove start/stop characters and insert spaces after characters 1, 5, and 10 of the 14-character Codabar symbol. Enable this feature if the host system requires this data format.
Note: The symbol length does not include start/stop characters.
