This setting is used to intercept, hide, insert, replace or format the scanned code data content. It is usually used when only part of the barcode content needs to be uploaded, useless characters need to be removed, or the business system requires a fixed data format.
Scan the appropriate barcode below to select one of Australia Post's formats:
- **Automatic Determination (Smart Mode)**: Try to decode the "Customer Information Field" using N encoding table and C encoding table.
Note: This option increases the risk of misdecoding because the encoding table used is not specified in the encoded data format.
- **Original format**: Output the original barcode pattern as a string of numbers between 0-3.
- **Alphanumeric Encoding**: Decode the "Customer Information Field" using the C encoding table.
- **Numeric Encoding**: Decode "Customer Information Field" using N encoding table.
