Set the decoding timeout to 1000 milliseconds, which can be set by reading the following barcodes in sequence:
- Read the "Startup Settings"
- Read the "Decoding Timeout Period"
- Data code "1 issue," "0 issue," "0 issue, "0 issue (see Appendix - Data Code)
- Read "Save" (see Appendix - Save or Cancel)
- Read the "Exit Settings"
